We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casiana! We celebrated my husband’s birthday here, and everything was great from start to finish.

The check-in process was smooth and easy, and all the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We especially loved the heated pool! Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a modern Japanese-style toilet that added a nice touch to the experience.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a great time celebrating a special occasion here. We will definitely come back and stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Casiana Hotel is a great place to stay, with a good location and comfortable rooms. One of the highlights is the heated pool area, which is perfect for enjoying a swim during cold weather. The rooms are nice and provide a comfortable stay. However, the food is just average and could be improved. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a relaxing getaway, especially if you enjoy the heated pools and convenient location.

For its price, sobrang recommended si Hotel Casiana kasi nag enjoy kami ng family ko specially my 1yr old baby. Nag enjoy sya sa playhouse at kudos sa heated pool maganda sya pag may baby atleast di sila lalamigin. Kaya worth it ang staycation namin here sa Hotel Casiana. Suggestion lang po sana magkaroon pa ng more option sa breakfast buffet pero overall 5staaaar⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By far our family's best staycation.
Booked 3D/2N in a 3 bedroom executive suite for my family of 4 adults.
My family booked a total of 8 rooms for our clan of 8 consisted of 8 families who were all attending a family wedding event that weekend.
I took the lead to book and they all follow suit.
I have not tried staying in Hotel Casiana. It was all gut feel.
Perfect! We were all happy with our experience.
We will surely book again.
Thank you Hotel Casiana for not disappointing my clan.

I booked four rooms for our group of eight. Everyone was satisfied with their stay. The rooms are spacious with a small veranda overlooking the pool area. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and efficient. Breakfast is included. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The value for money is excellent.

Our stay at this hotel truly felt like a 5-star experience! ⭐️ We really appreciate the kindness and warmth of the staff, especially the security guard at the entrance, the team at Cusina Casiana, the lobby staff, and everyone at Breeze & Brews Café. They were all incredibly accommodating and welcoming. We also loved their facilities. What made our stay even more special was when they found out that it was my son’s birthday. We were genuinely surprised when the restaurant staff brought out a little birthday cake and even sang “Happy Birthday” to him. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration extra memorable! ❤️🎂The only area that could be improved is the room’s soundproofing, as we could hear loud vehicles from outside. The room itself could also use a little upgrade. Nevertheless, we truly felt that we got our money’s worth, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. We would definitely remember the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff. ❤️

I normally try different hotels whenever in tagaytay. My family loves the hotel. Fast checkin, parking space, friendly staffs. Only concern is to place signs near the elevator or hallways to keep silence as our room is right across the elevator we hear the noises everytime.

We stayed in both Hotel Casiana and Hotel Monticello which are next to each other. Hotel Casiana is the better choice in terms of great service, rooms, facilities and dining. Staff are friendly and helpful. Service is also fast. Buffet breakfast is good for its price. Rooms are modern, spacious and I especially liked the shower. We'll stay here again when we visit Tagaytay.
